3.3 IF YOU BELIEVE THAT A PRODUCT OFFERED BY US IS NOT AS DESCRIBED, YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO RETURN IT TO US FOR A REFUND IN UNUSED CONDITION.

6. Orders, Price, and Refuse Shipments
